Hello there! Ready to be a vital part of our Front-Office team? We're on the hunt for a Guest Service Pro to join us in the Amsterdam area. You'll be working your magic in 2 shifts from 06:45 to 23:15 hrs, to make sure our guest feel welcome and at home. Are you up for the adventure?

The Job

As a Guest Service Pro, your day kicks off with a Front Office team meeting, where you brainstorm delightful surprises for the upcoming guests. Whether it's a birthday cake or a personalized touch like an Italian newspaper, you're all about making guests feel special! 
If a dishwasher is broken in a room, you quickly come up with a suitable solution. You're collaborating closely with colleagues from housekeeping, technical services, F&B, and duty management. 

As the first point of contact, you share your insider knowledge of Amsterdam, helping guests make the most of their stay. With many long-stay guests, you develop meaningful connections and play a crucial role in creating a homely and memorable experience. 

Job requirements

  • You possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch

  • Previous experience at a hotel reception is a plus
