It all began in Sloterdijk, when our founders adopted an office building and transformed it into our first apartment-hotel. The Job

Ready for a day in our Tech Department? Begin with coffee, fault reports, and guest interactions. Then, the morning meeting for task assignments. Not a day is the same! Dive into diverse technical work – maintenance, repairs, painting, major projects, and overseeing external teams. Safety is a priority! You excel in identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and, of course, keeping operations running smoothly

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have at least 3 years experience in a technical position in maintenance as an handyman, technical service, engineering, janitor, painter or plumber

• You have preferably a level 4 MBO diploma for a technical course, supplemented by electrical diplomas

• You are stress-resistant and good at setting priorities

• You are flexible; after all, breakdowns cannot be planned

• You have good communication skills speak in Dutch or English
