The July Twenty Eight

Combines hospitality with design. All 56 flats are decorated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. From the beds to the tiles, Amsterdam is reflected in the smallest details. The look is luxurious but always accessible. The flats are comfortable; there is a living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The rest of our hotel is just as complete. The lobby is not just for lounging, it is also a place to get work done, meet up with friends or read a book on your own. You can also relax in our modern gym and sauna. The July Twenty Eight is a hotel where guests fully recharge. Full of inspiration.


The Job

As a Guest Service Pro, your day kicks off with a Front Office team meeting, where you brainstorm delightful surprises for the upcoming guests. Whether it's a birthday cake or a personalized touch like an Italian newspaper, you're all about making guests feel special! During a morning shift, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a delightful breakfast experience with all their needs met. As the first point of contact, you share your insider knowledge of Amsterdam, helping guests make the most of their stay. With many long-term guests, you develop meaningful connections and play a crucial role in creating a homely and memorable experience.
